I’ve got some exciting new systems getting into place over the next week! Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Fight Fit will forever change with our addition of a metric counter for volume and power on ALL OF OUR HEAVY BAGS!
Screens will display combinations and exercises to be performed for a set amount of time, your strike count and power will score you LIVE on the screen! Weekly achievements and prizes for most strikes and most powerful! So freaking cool!!!
