Ladies, join us for an evening of empowerment, skill building, and Q&A with John Brown of The ISE Group, Iron Arsenal Defensive Tactics, and his team of seasoned instructors. This training will put you on the forefront of up to date metrics around violent attacks, threats, theft, and stalking, to help educate you in the ever growing presence of crime against women. We then train you in gross motor skill psychological and physical defensive tactics, to ensure you leave the training confident you can identify, evade, escape, and defend yourself against high probability attacks.

FIGHT CAMP CHALLENGE

FIGHT CAMP

  • Everyone’s favorite challenge!

  • Begins Thursday, May 2nd

  • Ends Saturday, June 29th.

  • FAQ:

    • You do not need any previous fight or martial arts training.

    • You do not need to purchase any special gear, unless you wish to use your own.

    • You do not have to spar.

    • What if I travel? Go on vacation?

      • No worries! The fight sessions will be posted and you will be able to practice while out of town!

  • How’s it work?

    • Taken from the premise of “taking a fight @ 8weeks out”, we will discover what you’re made of!

    • You will pick a “Fight” weight you’ll achieve in the 8 weeks.

      • Our trainers will assist you with nutritional and supplement advise. You’ll GET POINTS reporting your nutrition to your assigned trainer.

        • You GET POINTS for drinking a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day.

      • You’ll GET POINTS weighing in every Monday. *This may be done at home, though we suggest utilizing S2 and their body scan, it’s free.

      • You’ll weigh in on “Fight Night” at the end of the challenge.

    • You’ll GET POINTS attending Fight University’s MMA / Kickboxing / Fight Fit training sessions at least 3 days/week.

      • Martial Arts / MMA / Kickboxing

        • Monday-Saturday 6am

        • Monday-Thursday 6pm

      • Fight FIt

        • Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8:15am

        • Tuesday / Thursday 12:15pm

    • Receive BONUS POINTS for attending functional training sessions as well.

    • Receive BONUS POINTS for training our “pop up” sessions of extra cardio and core work!

    • Learn what it feels like to be a part of a “fight team”.

Ground evasion and recovery from falling, being knocked/pushed/thrown down.

Gross motor striking when evasion/escape has not presented itself.

Home & public scenarios utilizing our staged rooms & furniture.

Level III

Review of principals in Level II.

Deeper dive into use of environment and afforded “every day” weapons.

We'll be training for 3 hours + a round robin "Inter Squad" tournament to close out the day.

This intensive is focusing on grappling. From standup to clinch to throws to the ground game... we've got Fight University's founder John Brown leading the seminar with nearly 40 years in the fight game.
