"BELIEVE" Part 1 of 2

"BELIEVE" -

For years this was my motto... preached it, t-shirts, quotes, lived it, drove it into friends, students, clients... everyone I came in contact with... and it was good, great, resonated and helped to change many, many people!

Then it wasn't... my personal, my psyche, my heart shifted from pain and wallowing in sorrow, shame, disappointment, and crushed ego... (and at the time, that was a HUGE ego to get crushed)... so I went HARD... just HARD at everything.

Shut down & Closed off in any and every direction you can fathom... protected me... til it didn't.

So what have I learned?

You can have both.

You can have everything.

... and honestly, it's easier to have both!!!

First, let's talk about the "Believing"...

When you come from not much... it's about the only motto and mantra you can tell yourself in order to "make it out". Make it out of a bad childhood, bad home life, low income, regret, shame, and loss...

Know that every single person you're going to come across that is exceptional in athletics, business, life... and I mean exceptional... BELIEVED in the thing they are now doing, at the level they are doing it, waaaaay before it was even fathomable, on the table, offered. suggested by someone else, or encouraged by anyone... they will probably sound nuts to you if you met them before they achieved their "thing". They believed it in their bones... it encompassed their entire being from dusk until dawn and inhabited their dreams when they slept... fanatical... lunacy... crazy.

You want the top tier? You want to break ceilings and innovate? You want success and fulfillment? Start with BELIEVING. Let it fill your mind, heart & soul! See it. Feel it. Pray on it. And most of all GET TO WORK ON IT!!!

Now let's touch on the "HARD"...

Go at it. Get after it. Be willing to suffer and never settle... sound familiar to our push in the DeepWater? Our daily sessions here at Rev & Fight-U? You better F'n believe it! If you're going to do it... be all in... commit... no "toe dipping".. no excuses... stop with that shit.

You've got one life...

BELIEVE IN IT & GO HARD AT IT!!!

I believe in you all.

I believe you can all achieve anything and everything you want in this life and beyond... let go of what does not fulfill your beliefs and what does not fuel your hard... HE has a plan for you... Listen, feel it, then act on it.
