REVGYM & FIGHT-U WEEK OF 10.21.24
REVGYM & FIGHT-U TRIBE!
YOU LOVE TO HATE ‘EM!
The CIRCUITS!
I get feedback from so many of you that you love the circuits!
Then I hear about the sore, the pain, and see numbers dip…
So…
Pain is ok.
Sore is ok.
Avoiding the DeepWater because of the former… not ok.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!
What does that mean?
Better recovery!
Get to bed earlier.
Get up earlier and more of a warm up.
Cool down with extra stretching, foam rolling, mobility.
Eat clean!!!
Supplements… etc.
We can not do more, move faster, sweat harder, without adjusting what is on the other side of our training!
Let’s get after it tribe!.. ALL OF IT!
