Don’t compromise.
Let me say that again…
Don’t compromise.
Set your mind.
Set your will.
Set your heart.
To the commitments you KNOW it takes to fulfill your “Why”.
Do not give yourself an out.
Do not let the “outs” creep in.
If you know to accomplish what you want, you need, you must, be here to train 6 days a week, then commit… sign up Sunday night for the entire week.
Commit to yourself, your future you, your “Why”, that nothing will compromise your path.
It’s very easy to let temptations of partying, video gaming, doom scrolling. eating unhealthy, hanging out with the wrong people, procrastinating work and staying up late… etc… can all cloud your vision of the path. Don’t stray!!!
Commit BEFORE the temptations and excuses and procrastinations are even available…
If you’re REALLY in this thing, (and we’ve only got one shot at it, so you should be), then lean in… quit posing. Have integrity… do the right thing for your “why” ALL THE TIME.
REVGYM & FIGHT-U are platforms in which the truth is very evident by consistency, commitment to excellence, disci[line, drive, and determination… there is no where to hide here. So step into the light that is this place… the truth that is found under the bar, on the mat, in the midst of the suffering… quit hiding from your reflection… own who and where you are on your path… make the course corrections, and STAY ON THE PATH!
Make sure you are diving into your “Why”.
Know that you are serving… not just once, but always.
Take a look at what you do, how you do, and why you do…
Are you making a point? Or are you making a difference?
If you’re not making a difference… what’s the point?
Your voice, your actions, your training, your events… know your why.
Love it. Live it. Share it…
