IT’S BENCHMARK WEEK!
Time to put on your big girl & boy undies, pull up on those bootstraps, and drop some PRs!
Where you’ve been, where you are now, and a plan to get to the summit are mandatory for success in any endeavor. Make this the practice that sets the standard for the rest of your life… THIS IS YOU!
The programming will be the same every day throughout the week:
15 Benchmarks
It’s up to you how you attack the exercises.
Suggestion? 3 to 4 a day, Monday through Friday.
Get good rest.
Eat clean, carb load.
Aggressive active recovery.
Ask questions!
Use a spotter!
No excuses! - Meaning, if you’re injured, do what you can. If you’re recovering from illness, do what you can. If you’re fatigued, plan better, and do what you can. If you have an event approaching, do what you can. Make notes on your performance to reference for the next time we benchmark!
This is what we do here… show up, rain or shine; good day / bad day; 100%… period. Put a pin in it.

FIGHT CAMP CHALLENGE
Everyone’s favorite challenge begins Thursday, 5/2
Ends Saturday, 6/29
FAQ:
You do not need any previous fight or martial arts training.
You do not need to purchase any special gear, unless you wish to use your own.
You do not have to spar.
What if I travel? Go on vacation?
No worries! The fight sessions will be posted and you will be able to practice while out of town!
How’s it work?
Taken from the premise of “taking a fight @ 8weeks out”, we will discover what you’re made of!
You will pick a “Fight” weight you’ll achieve in the 8 weeks.
Our trainers will assist you with nutritional and supplement advise. You’ll GET POINTS reporting your nutrition to your assigned trainer.
GET POINTS from drinking at least 1 gallon of water daily.
You’ll GET POINTS weighing in every Monday. *This may be done at home, though we suggest utilizing S2 and their body scan, it’s free.
You’ll weigh in on “Fight Night” at the end of the challenge.
You’ll GET POINTS attending Fight University’s MMA / Kickboxing / Fight Fit training sessions at least 3 days/week.
