A few of us have committed to sharing our “WHY” on the whiteboard… get on board, put it out there, see it every day you walk in the gym, stay on your path!!!

We’d love to see your “WHYS” written on the board!

Maybe it’s “I want to be able to play with my kids for the next 10 years!”, or “I want to complete a marathon this year!”, or “I want to feel comfortable defending my family in a bad situation.”… Whatever your “WHY”… Share it with us and the tribe! Accountability is a GREAT THING!

  • Joey Walker re-broke and set 4 State records and took 3rd overall powerlifting this weekend at Nationals! Congrats Joey!!!

  • The ISE Group is releasing our E-Learning platform for Civilian Safety & Security - For everyday and travel, Workplace Violence Prevention & Intervention, and Active Shooter Survivability Training.

    • These E-Learning courses are accessible for individuals up to organizations with thousands of members or employees.

    • The courses are accessible on any device.

    • The modules are time manageable, engaging, utilizing video, graphics, current metrics, and easy to understand verbiage, and application to every day life.

    • Each module also includes quizzes to ensure retention for the end user.

    • Keep an eye open in your email and SMS for links including more information and how to purchase!

  • I’ve got room for just a few more leaders wanting more for themselves and their lives in our Executive Warrior Training.

    • This is our private/semi private training session platform that has assisted, enhanced, and helped to advance many of our past and current members.

      • You do not need any previous fight or martial arts training.

      • You do not need to purchase any special gear, unless you wish to use your own.

      • You do not have to spar.

      • What if I travel? Go on vacation?

        • No worries! The fight sessions will be posted and you will be able to practice while out of town!

    • How’s it work?

      • Taken from the premise of “taking a fight @ 8weeks out”, we will discover what you’re made of!

      • You will pick a “Fight” weight you’ll achieve in the 8 weeks.

        • Our trainers will assist you with nutritional and supplement advise. You’ll GET POINTS reporting your nutrition to your assigned trainer.

        • GET POINTS from drinking at least 1 gallon of water daily.

        • You’ll GET POINTS weighing in every Monday. *This may be done at home, though we suggest utilizing S2 and their body scan, it’s free.

        • You’ll weigh in on “Fight Night” at the end of the challenge.

      • You’ll GET POINTS attending Fight University’s MMA / Kickboxing / Fight Fit training sessions at least 3 days/week.

        • Martial Arts / MMA / Kickboxing

          • Monday-Saturday 6am

          • Monday-Thursday 6pm

        • Fight FIt

          • Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8:15am

          • Tuesday / Thursday 12:15pm
