EVOLVE OR DIE

EVOLVE OR DIE...

We think about, talk about, and are sometimes forced to put this practice into action on the daily. We talk about adapting and evolving the tiniest of measures that no one but the self can see or feel, all the way up to giant changes that are obvious to all around us.

First... WHY?

Why must we make change?

Why must we adapt?

Why must we evolve?

The answers come from the word "must", not "change", "adapt", or "evolve"... but rather the "have to".

The simple answers come from obvious observations on the war field... adapt or die. If your movement has put your troops in danger, regardless of plan preparedness, implementation, and skill set... shit happens. Then, you ADAPT or die. Period. What makes this adaptation and evolution possible is not the training for the "day to day" that will happen in war, but the CAN and WILL happen when shit goes sideways... and it for fucking sure will.

We all want the most favorable outcome of any given situation.

We all want that outcome to come with the least amount of effort and "casualty".

We all want to go home every day knowing it was "a job well done"... preferably with some gas left in the tank.

HOW DO WE PREP FOR THE INEVITABLE SIDEWAYS SHIT?

We WILLINGLY find practices and training that FORCE US into seeing, feeling, experiencing the potential "threat" that for sure will inevitably happen at some point... Then we solve the puzzle.

The puzzle presents itself as a way to fix our own psyche, our fears of the unknown, of death. Or in layman's terns, "FAILURE".

The easiest way to prevent, prepare, and to evolve adaptations to failure.... is to EXPERIENCE FAILURE.... REPEATEDLY. Then find the "answers" in mostly incremental adaptations... sometimes "big" changes... that over time of training them and putting them into "perfect practice"... become an "EVOLVED STATE". Not just of action, but of the mind, that then transcends into a new way of observing, sensing, feeling, thinking, and doing your entire life.

WHERE DO WE FIND THIS?

At REV... we live it... IF you'll show up for yourself on the daily... Things only change when put into correct practice over time...

THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT FOR "TIME ON THE MAT".

YOU WANT CHANGE, ADAPTATION SKILLS, EVOLUTION IN YOUR LIFE?.... YOU MUST EARN IT!

The same pressure, by design, is what hardens you to steel over time... Taking that rough edged piece of coal (YOU), and squeezing it, applying un-Godly amounts of physical and psychological pressure, hammering it... over, and over, and over... until we get diamonds... 

HARD AS FUCK SHINY, BRILLIANT, LIGHT REFLECTIVE, PRICELESS DIAMONDS...

THAT IS YOU!

Take the steps necessary... when you walk into a REV session, you must fully commit to yourself...

That hour (or 3), will dictate your learning process of the self... It will allow you to see YOU... Where you are right now... What you need to IMMEDIATELY change, alter, shift... Just to survive. Then we learn... we LEARN about ourselves and the things that we've been lying to ourselves about, and the things that are TRULY IMPORTANT... just for survival.

THEN, WE LEARN WHAT LIVING REALLY IS...
