DON'T GRIND...

YOU'RE PUSHING THROUGH!... YES!!!

NOW... 

DON'T MAKE IT A GRIND.

I've really come to hate the term, OVER USE of the term... "grind".

It feeds to a fall back... a crutch... a "settle in" to the suffering.

Suffering and pain, left on their own, know no bounds... 

As soon as you begin to "regulate" either, well you've lost the point of it.

We enter into the pain and suffering to arise on the other side triumphant... not just a survivor.  And if your next thought is, well maybe that's my best... just surviving... you don't get it.

Just "surviving" is the easy way out... conquer that shit!

With the right planning, you can methodically "survive" anything...

You could literally, every single one of you, "survive" a marathon right now... if you had too.

Ah, and there’s the rub.. the "have to".

You don't "have to" do shit.

Even in the midst of a long day... you can just "survive".

Long study/reading session... you can just "survive".

Sadistic Saturday session... you can just "survive".

and on and on and on...

If you want real growth.

Breakthrough after breakthrough...

'You must be willing to make every endeavor not just a "have to", but a "have to fucking crush it" moment.

You, and only you, (well, me), know if you've left it all on the mat...

And it's you who has to look in the mirror, see that face, maybe that liar, maybe that quitter, maybe that scared little rabbit....

AND... maybe you're tired of that image.

Maybe now is the MFing time to rise up.

Rise up for you.

Then continue to rise up EVERY DAMN DAY!!!

Just commit.

Period.
