Congrats to AJ & Erin on not only completing the 24 hour World’s Toughest Mudder, but murdering that son-of-a-bitch!!!
These two have trained in such a disciplined, obsessed, inspiring way for this year ending event!
AJ walked away with 75 miles and Erin with 45 miles!
I and all of REVGYM are so proud of the two of you and can’t wait to see what you want to conquer next!

Stress = Strength
Find 5 things you’re going to do daily this week, without fail, that cause you”stress”.
Hard things… things that take dedication and discipline. Notice I did not say motivation or instantaneous reward!
Train outdoors, rain, shine, cold, etc…
Take cold showers or cold plunge.
Don’t eat any sugar.
Don’t drink any alcohol.
Increase your pace on a daily run.
Wear a weighted vest to train.
Wear an Altitude Mask or Bas O2 to train.
Train an hour earlier in the morning.
Etc…
Our bodies are made to be stressed….
Complacency and comfort are not what we were made to thrive in…
Toughen the fuck up people… be your children’s legacy!!!

We’ve added a 30 minute “Tiny Tigers”, 3-5 yr old class to the front end of our existing Monday and Wednesday classes. This age group will attend from 4:30-5:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. When this group exceeds 10 students, we will add a separate time for them on the same days.
Adult Martial Arts
We’ve added 3 more classes for you! We now have Master or Black Belt instructor led classes M, W, and F as well!
Your led classes are:
Monday-Saturday, 6am
M . W . F - 8:30am
Monday-Thursday 6pm
