REVGYM WEEK OF 11.06.23
REVGYM TRIBE-
I want to start this week’s News/Blog with a simple reminder of truth…
What is best for you, that will move you forward, will ultimately give you the biggest rewards in life, love, health, and business…
Is choosing the hard.
Lean into it.
Quit giving into the 1000 excuses and find 1 reason to push into the uncomfortable.
Unfortunately I’ve heard some comments recently, that feed the “I want to have a fun, exciting, motivating experience every time I’m in the gym, just so I can feel good for showing up” kind of bullshit…
Knock it off.
We’re not that.
You should not want to be that.
It’s the same as agreeing that your child should get a fucking participation trophy…
Quit avoiding failure.
In order to find your potential, you must give enough effort to fail miserably.
Again & Again.
Lean into the hard, the pain, the suffering, tribe…
It pays off.
I promise.
