Our FOXHOLE CHALLENGE will begin the first week of January, and the challenge experience is completely different this time around!

The Coaching Team and I are excited to be a direct part of your accountability during this challenge!

Everyone in the challenge will be assigned an Foxhole Accountability Coach! You’ll receive weekly calls and emails to check in on your status, receive help, and celebrate wins!

    • We’ve added a 30 minute “Tiny Tigers”, 3-5 yr old class to the front end of our existing Monday and Wednesday classes. This age group will attend from 4:30-5:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. When this group exceeds 10 students, we will add a separate time for them on the same days.

  • Adult Martial Arts

    • We’ve added 3 more classes for you! We now have Master or Black Belt instructor led classes M, W, and F as well!

      • Your led classes are:

        • Monday-Saturday, 6am

        • M . W . F - 8:30am

        • Monday-Thursday 6pm

        • Gallon of H2O (minimum)

        • 10 min cold shower or 3 min minimum cold plunge daily!

        • Mobility - Extra work on your hips, lower back, and shoulders!

Martial Arts / MMA:

        • Throw from 2 on 1

          • Osoto, Ogoshi, Harai variants

          • Control / Submission from stuffed 2 on 1

        • The Dirty Trinity - set up to finish. - sport & combat applications

        • Escapes, up & outs, counters

        • Power striking and doubled-up techniques

        • Youth Martial Arts

            • Take downs- shots

            • Mount sweeps

            • Speed/Reflex drills

            • Counters, Sprawling after striking is countered.

Iron Arsenal:

        • Level I - crash entries to duck under: 2 on 1, head and arm, back take and sag.

          • Utilizing strikes from duck under position in transition

          • Damage along the way - knees, elbows, - opportunistic targets

        • Level II - catching chokes from 2 on 1 (standing)

          • Escape from standing holds to backstop position

        • Utilizing secondary and tertiary weapon deployment amidst attack
