Just a year ago, Ed had a setback that put him back in the wheelchair…

But there is no keeping Ed down! What an inspiration and testament to

fatih, belief, strength, discipline, and love!

Youth Martial Arts, MMA, families, and Adult Students and Clients:

Please help us be safe and respectful to those training on and off the mat, and in the gym.

If you have children in the facility that are not in the martial arts class, gymnastics, or privately training, they must remain on the martial art side of the gym, seated and playing quietly.

Equipment is off limits to children under 13 that are not in a training session.

The Revolution martial arts T-Shirt or black competition rash guard is a part of your uniform.

Wear it under your Dobok (Gi), and on days we don’t require a uniform top, wear it solo.

Beginning 9/11, if you do not have a martial art t-shirt, you must ALWAYS wear your full uniform.

Functional Training:

        • Operator Fitness - 85% ready state

        • Eat clean!

        • Increase good fats and carbs this week.

        • Gallon of H2O (minimum)

        • 10 min cold shower or 3 min minimum cold plunge!

        • Sleep - Get that 8 hours!

        • Mobility - Extra work on your shoulders and hinge (loser back/hips).

        • Foam roll, massage, lacrosse ball, smash, etc…

Martial Arts / MMA:

        • #DirtyJudo - to high percentage subs/finishes

        • The Dirty Trinity - set up to finish.

        • Power combinations to G&P finishes

        • Arm bars from everywhere.

        • Wrist locks from everywhere.

        • Kimura from back.

        • RNC from back take on ground - establishing hooks from scramble to various breakdowns.

        • Level II - catching chokes from 2 on 1 (standing)

          • Escape from standing holds to backstop position

        • Utilizing secondary and tertiary weapon deployment amidst attack

        • Weapon retention
