The Coaching Team and I are excited to be a direct part of your accountability during this challenge!

Everyone in the challenge will be assigned an Foxhole Accountability Coach!

No app. No crap. Just results… and we’re in it WITH YOU!

You’ll receive weekly calls and emails to check in on your physical and mental status, nutrition, receive help, and celebrate wins!

  • In the gym or remote!

  • Weekly weigh in and body metrics @ S2 (Supplement Superstore - Ward Pkwy location)

  • Training 6 days a week + 1 active recovery day

  • Clean nutrition (to meet YOUR goals)

  • Water intake (gallon minimum a day / weight based)

  • Good sleep - targeting 8 hours a day (naps count!)

  • Flexibility / Mobility - Fine tuned to your needs / goals

  • Stress management through breath work / meditative practices

  • Journaling your daily experience

  • Who wins? YOU DO!!!

When I speak to “LEANING IN” or “SHOWING UP FOR YOURSELF”, it’s YOU that I want you to lean into. It’s YOU genuinely showing up for yourself. That does not mean in a necessarily “hyped up”, “Everythjing is great” persona… I mean show up and lean into self examination. We all have lies we tell ourselves, every single day, and if you say you don’t… you’re lying.

We all need to look inward, deeply, and look, listen, and feel what’s truly going on and why we lie to ourselves. Why don’t we do that thing we know would be better for us? Why do we say “I’ll do it tomorrow”? Why are we addicted to creating distractions for ourselves? Why are we blaming others for our short comings? Why are we judging others?

Optimal human performance requires “rest”. Oddly enough this can come in the form of the exact thing I ask you to do here in the gym and on the mat. Disappear from yourself. How? Let’s talk about that. If you show up here to merely “hide” from your responsibilities, your short comings, your false sense of “I’m a badass” without REALLY doing badass things… then you’re lying. The “rest” or “respice” I’m referring to comes in the form of delving into yourself so deeply, nothing from the outer world can manage it’s way in. HOW?

What we offer and look to do here in REV is provide opportunities of training in a way that the rest of your day, or yesterday, or pain, anxiety, fears, all can be shelfed, circumvented, or even erased. When you commit your mind, body, and spirit in an environment that requires of you to totally commit, nothing can distract you, sidetrack you, or allow you to LIE to yourself. When you are on the mat, experiencing combative training, be it submission grappling, or the pugilistic styles; functional training with the RX requiring you to focus deeply on technique, efficiency of movement, lactic threshold management, breath control, and maximum effort, there is NO ROOM FOR ANXIETY, FEAR, WORK PROBLEMS, ETC… to creep or flood in!

To grow internally and externally, we must put ourselves in environments where there is NO WHERE TO HIDE from yourself. To reach this state, you must actually “rest” from the external and let go for these experiences to truly “see yourself” for who you really are. You may not like it… but it’s a starting point, and that journey to the top begins with one step! By not “sheltering” ourselves with the lies we tell ourselves, from not hiding from our own true reflections, we will see ourselves in a truthful light. The key here is LIGHT. Once you let go, own what you see in the reflection, dive into the Deep Water, YOU WILL SHINE!

So when I tap you, choke you, hit you, bark at your form, yell for you to get back up, ride you for not showing up, get on you for taking that break to talk… It’s all to show you the reflection of the lies your living in… REVGYM IS FOR YOU!!!

Benchmarks -

We will have our first Benchmarks of the year beginning Monday, January 8th-13th.

The format will be somewhat different this year.

As many can not (or choose not to) attend every day of the week, we will offer ALL Benchmarks every day of this week. It will be up to you how and when you complete them during the week.

There are 15 different benchmarks, (maybe a bonus thrown in there), to complete in 6 days.

You can choose to do as many or as few per day to knock them out.

My suggestion will be to do 2-4 a day and use the rest of the hour to recover, stretch, foam roll, some mobility and maybe light cardio.
