REVGYM & FIGHT-U WEEK OF 10.07.24
REVGYM & FIGHT-U TRIBE!
“Die Empty”
Serve.
Serve.
Serve…
Serve yourself in giving everything into your ability to conquer what’s in front of you!
The challenge of the session, finding your grit to persevere under duress, to lean into the pain and suffering we create here in these walls to normalize struggle and triumph over extraordinary odds… to become someone that lives beyond your individualism and serves to a greater cause and “why”… to lead by living your truth!
Sure you’re showing up… but are you “really showing up”?
Are you not getting your gains? Hitting your goals? Getting faster? Stronger? More powerful? Leaner? More fit? If not, you know the answer to why you’re not progressing isn’t in the program, it isn’t the time of day, it isn’t your age, it isn’t in your training buddy standing you up… it’s in the fucking mirror.
Learn to give it all away, 100%.
Every damn day. empty yourself each session to be filled with more strength, more resilience, more life.. to do it again & again and help those that have not found their strengths, their resilience or their “why” yet.
“Leaving it all in the ring”, or on the mat, or “dying on your shield”, isn’t a one time thing, or even a “game time” thing… it’s an every day thing. When you learn to “empty” your tank.. physically, emotionally, even psychologically.. and allow yourself the opportunity when you enter these walls to give beyond what you believe you have to give.
Move the damn line!
When learning to empty yourself, empty the tank; you make room for, and encourage growth in yourself not only physiologically through the obvious muscle development, but the space it creates for clarity, increased focus, and simplicity in life.
It’s truly “black & white” tribe… you DO or you DON’T.
Find your 100… then obliterate it.
The truth is in your metrics… pick up the bar for another rep, pull the handle on the rower one more time, push for another calorie on that bike, take your partner down one more time,… and if you fail, do it 10 more fucking times!!!
“What we do in this life echoes in eternity”… What will your echoes say???
See you in the DeepWater…
