REVGYM & FIGHT-U WEEK OF 09.30.24

REVGYM & FIGHT-U TRIBE!

YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

You actually have a LOT of choices.

Actually, you MAKE your choices.

Yup, you heard me right.

YOU.

Let that sink in for a minute.

And while it is, let’s rehash some of our conversation around “weight”.

The weight you don’t need to carry…

  • Other’s voices

  • Your history of failing

  • Your history of success

  • Fear

  • Shame

  • Guilt

The dynamic here is YOU CHOOSE whether or not to carry these things.

So don’t…

“But John, is it that easy?”

NO.

Nothing worthwhile is… but taking small steps consistently towards these goals is key.

Hence, the “CHOICES”.

Let’s come back now to you creating your own choices.

Simply put, you choose to get oout of bed in the morning to come train, or you don’t.

Now this is an easy one.

REMOVE THAT CHOICE.

Yes, remove it.

You now get up and come train.

Period.

No weight, no guilt, no one else’s voice… just you and your commitment to yourself.

As this is now habit, some of the other “weights” can begin to fall off over time as you establish more of these “non-negotiables”.

  • How you train

  • What you eat

  • What you drink

  • How you recover

  • How you rest

  • How you play

Take a look this week at all of the above and remove the choices that do not serve you or those around you.

You control the essence of choice.

You control the weight.

PUT IT DOWN!!!

The peace you will find from shedding these weights is life changing and will create space for new growth...

..growth into new, better, life giving experiences, that will continue to steer you upon your path, your “WHY”.

See you in the DeepWater…
