CURRENT & IMPORTANT STUFF:
We’re starting up a monthly “Bring a friend to class” martial arts class for the kids!
The first one is this Thursday, May 23rd, at our regular 4:30pm class time. All belt levels are invited, and may bring up to 3 friends to try out a class!
These classes will be fun and game oriented, include anti bullying techniques, and the kids will get to enjoy some treats with their friends!

Classes are included in your membership!
Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays 8:15-9am
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15-1pm
No experience necessary!
You may wear your shoes for the kickboxing.
Bring your gloves if you’d like, or use ours!
THE ISE GROUP hosted another cadre of 13 security officers from Metro Public Safety & Investigations on Saturday. These officers were trained in our Iron Arsenal Defensive tactics and Combatives. The group learned skill sets in scenario based de-escalation, cuffing a non compliant bad actor, intercepting a blitz attack, trouble shooting resistance, and shoot/don’t shoot scenarios on our Infrared Blowback Firing range. All performed well!
