JOIN US TOMORROW! - For our MEMORIAL DAY WOD @ Meadowbrook Park (91st & Nall), at 7:30am (Bring the family!) We’ll be training for at least an hour. If kiddos come, please know that we scale a WOD for them.
Our inaugural monthly “Bring a friend to class” martial arts class for the kids was so much fun! I love seeing kids try out something challenging and new for the first time, and then want more! We had almost a dozen newbies come play and train with us, and I hope to see them again!

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15-1pm

You may wear your shoes for the kickboxing.

THE ISE GROUP hosted another cadre of 7 security officers from Metro Public Safety & Investigations on Wednesday & Thursday this last week. These officers, working in some of the metro’s less favorable areas, were spun up on some advanced de-escalation strategies and skill sets. The group also learned compliance and cuffing a non compliant, aggressive bad actor, intercepting a blitz attack, trouble shooting resistance, and shoot/don’t shoot scenarios on our Infrared Blowback Firing range. All did great!
