REVGYM & FIGHT-U WEEK OF 09.23.24
REVGYM & FIGHT-U TRIBE!
As the weather, seasons, and kids going back to school shift our lives, DO NOT SHIFT YOUR PRIORITY of taking care of YOU!
It’s easy to let the shift, new, other added school things take control of your life if you let them… Remember.. you put the oxygen mask on BEFORE you save anyone else. You must take care of you! Physically with your fitness and nutrition, emotionally and physiologically relieving stress and releasing endorphines, and following your goals and dreams.
Stay in it Tribe!
1% a day…. that’s a 365% change in 1 year.
And that is incredible!!!
